Who Qualifies To Get A Bursary Or College Student Loan From NSFAS?
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has formally opened the 2025 application system.
Applications at the moment are open and may shut on fifteen December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to fulfill the subsequent requirements:
• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who arises from a house using a combined gross household earnings that doesn't exceed R350 000 per annum.

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents from homes with combined R350 000 and R600 000 nsfas status for each annum.
Applicants are reminded to supply the proper Id Document numbers, names, and surname, 2025 nsfas application as reflected inside their South African ID.
NSFAS only funds individuals who are researching or plan to study at a general public university or TVET college in South Africa.
